We had a great experience working with Dana buying our new build home. Dana is knowledgeable in the home buying process and she helped us in all aspects from lending, walkthroughs, inspections, closing, and more. She always made herself available to answer any questions I had. Dana was especially helpful during walkthroughs with builders in asking questions I would not know to ask. For example, does the HOA include a Special Assessment tax? I would highly recommend working with Dana.
