Query response within 2 hrs of sending. Appointment the next evening due to heating issue. Communication was above and beyond anything I have experienced before. Dan arrived early and promptly repaired by leaking radiator valve. Genuinely lovely guy who tries to do his best for all clients. So nice to actually find a tradesman you feel does an excellent job and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Dan was very quick with the turnaround time for fitting a new boiler for us. Even though he was going on holiday he still kindly fitted us in over the weekend. Arrived on time, friendly & very clean, price as expected. Good communication & trustworthy! Gave good advice on what to do, highly recommend!

Professional, polite & tidy. We had a combi fitted, radiator replaced & downstairs WC pipes replaced. Dan and his team arrived at 8am, completed the job to an extremely high standard and vacuumed the stairs on the way out! Could not recommend more!

I cannot recommend Dan the gas man enough! I recently had an F5 fault on my Glow-worm boiler, which left me with no heating or hot water, and I was worried about the cost and time it would take to fix. Dan from Sandhurst was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. He quickly looked at the boiler, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and even went to get the part needed to fix it. His pricing was very fair, and the speed at which he resolved the issue was impressive. The entire service felt professional, reliable, and trustworthy. From start to finish, it was a five-star experience. If you're in need of a gas engineer, look no further than Dan. I will definitely be using him for any future needs and recommending him to everyone I know.

Boiler installation. Dan and team fitted our new boiler and radiators and did a brilliant job. Turned up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout the installation. Quality of work is excellent and took the time to make sure everything running perfectly before he left. Dan is a really professional guy, great communications and available when you need him ie to check on repairs carried out etc etc. In our Instance we’ve had multiple leaks across some 30-40 year old copper pipes in the house and we couldn’t ask for better service. Had a leak fixed and another one would go and then another but he was always checking in with us to make sure all was ok or if more appeared. He worked with us with regards the insurance company as well with the photos required for progress and also working outside of ‘normal’ working hours to get us back up and running. The guys he has working for him are very good, clean and tidy and professional as well as Dan himself. Highly highly recommended.

Our previous boiler service company let us down so the hunt was on for a replacement. Daunting as that was, we found Dan the Gas Man and needn’t have worried. I am no expert but having seen other companies claim to ‘service’ our boiler, Dan took it to another level. He is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and competitively priced too.
