After having a few bad experiences with Well companies in the great Alachua area I had lost hope till I spoke with Dampier. The owner was kind and informative. His workers were respectful and kind (to my parents whom the repair was at their home). If you need your well service these are the people to call.

Freddie and his crew installed a well pump and electronics for us and installed a new Springwell Water Treatment system for our pump. Logan and Chelsey did a fantastic job. They were incredibly attentive to detail. I highly recommend Dampier. I will use them again exclusively.

If you need a well installed or some kind of well/pump repair, Dampier Well and Pump Service in Gainesville, Florida are the people you need to call. They are reliable, dedicated, professional, and trustworthy. Some weeks ago, my well stopped working. I got a handyman to check it out but unfortunately a part from the top fell inside. We called the company that installed the well to check for the problem and to repair it. After a few hours of trying, they said that they couldn't retrieve the pump as it was stuck, so I would need to have a new well installed. I became dejected as I felt that they didnt make enough effort. I decided to get another opinion. I found Dampier Well and Pump Service, online. When I called, Freddie (the owner), assured me that he and his team, would do their best to fix my well. He walked me through some of the various options they had to get my well working again. He was very patient with me as I asked so many questions. During the time it took to finish the job, Freddie kept me updated on all the progress and setbacks they were having. Needless to say, in a few days, they successfully retrieved the stucked pump and repaired the well with an up-to-date pump, parts, and wiring. They are true experts in this business. I am so happy and gratefull to Freddie and his team for their help. They went the extra mile to get the job done successfully, and saved me thousands of dollars in the process.
