We used Dampier’s Well & Pump to install our new well. Quality service and product from start to finish.

Called Dampier early this morning, and they got right to us. The pump was bad, and they had us fixed in no time. Quality parts and great customer service. Thanks to Logan, Chesley, and Frank! You guys are the BEST! Family owned and operated. Would recommend their services to anyone.

They responded very quickly to our call, figured out the main problem, and repaired it within a half hour. They also helped us with another problem that was decreasing our water pressure. They are friendly and interesting people who seem dedicated to getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

When we found out that we had to have our 2in well replaced, I must have talked to 7 or 8 different well drilling companies, and Mr. Freddy was the last one I called. I knew during our phone conversation, we were using Dampier Well and Pump. So kind, honest, and very helpful through the whole process. Amazing customer service + knowledgeable! The crew was just as wonderful. They arrived at 10 AM, fought the rain, and diligently finished our well and pump at 8pm. I can’t not recommend this company enough!! Freddie and his crew installed a well pump and electronics for us and installed a new Springwell Water Treatment system for our pump. Logan and Chelsey did a fantastic job. They were incredibly attentive to detail. I highly recommend Dampier. I will use them again exclusively.

Freddie came out for an emergency call this evening when the well stopped working on my horse farm. We discussed replacing the pump and I was ready to fork out $$$$ to replace it, especially since I wasn’t able to be there. He got it up and running quickly and fixed the switch that was causing the problem. If he’d been dishonest he could have charged me thousands for unnecessary service and I’d have never known, he’s earned a customer for life. Thank you!!!

Called early this morning and they arrived within an hour. They were readily able to fix the issue and were again very professional and knowledgeable.

I spoke to Freddie with Dampier and could tell his knowledge along with his professional demeanor was a big plus from the start. He gave me a price and explained what types of materials he would use for the job. He showed up to help with selecting the best location on my property and they kept their word on every promise. His crew was great as well explaining anything I asked about and did a terrific job. I can honestly say that the entire experience was beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!
