I just want to thank the two technicians that came out today. My father is older and sick he lives off very minimal money. These guys came in and fixed the problem and did not charge my dad!! Five stars for the compassion they showed!!

He didnt try to over charge us and sincerely wanted to help fix our situation. We lost water Monday night. I called first thing Tuesday morning spoke to Freddie, who was very kind and within a hour thee crew was out here working to repair the problem. We ha e used Dampiers for the last few years and they have ALWAYS been nothing kind, professional and prompt. Called Freddie on Friday night because I lost water and he was immediately willing to help and made himself available to come the next day. He was extremely honest about his pricing and even suggested ways to possibly help the issue before he even came out. I would definitely recommend him and his team for all your well and pump needs!

Freddie promptly provided me with a fair quote for a new water softener installation. The work included changing the older pipes and rearranging the setup to a new location. Logan and Dalton arrived on time and did the job in a hassle-free and friendly manner. So far, the system is working fine! Freddie has promised to take care of any issues I encounter in the future!
