Freddie and his crew installed a well pump and electronics for us and installed a new Springwell Water Treatment system for our pump. Logan and Chelsey did a fantastic job. They were incredibly attentive to detail. I highly recommend Dampier. I will use them again exclusively.

When we found out that we had to have our 2in well replaced, I must have talked to 7 or 8 different well drilling companies, and Mr. Freddy was the last one I called. I knew during our phone conversation, we were using Dampier Well and Pump. So kind, honest, and very helpful through the whole process. Amazing customer service + knowledgeable! They responded very quickly to our call, figured out the main problem, and repaired it within a half hour. They also helped us with another problem that was decreasing our water pressure. They are friendly and interesting people who seem dedicated to getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

Freddie came out for an emergency call this evening when the well stopped working on my horse farm. We discussed replacing the pump and I was ready to fork out $$$$ to replace it, especially since I wasn’t able to be there. He got it up and running quickly and fixed the switch that was causing the problem. They could have made a quick $200+ by coming by the house, for what turned into a minor, easily fixable issue, by instead taking the time to hear out my situation and talking me through a simple solution.
