I had such a wonderful experience at Damansara Dental Studio, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and kindness I received today. I came in feeling extremely worried and anxious after having a tooth extraction earlier in the day, as I was concerned about the bleeding and wasn’t sure whether what I was experiencing was normal. From the moment I explained my situation, the dentist was very patient and reassuring, and took the time to properly assess me instead of making me feel like I was overreacting. What I appreciated the most was how thoroughly the dentist explained everything to me, from what was actually happening with the extraction site and blood clot, to what I should and should not do to allow it to heal naturally. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, and the dentist even discussed alternative options and what could be done if the issue continued. I walked into the clinic feeling anxious and confused, but I left feeling much more relieved and confident because I finally understood what was happening. The level of care and willingness to educate the patient really stood out to me. I would also like to give a special thank you to Dr Nora, who attended to me through WhatsApp and a phone call when I was panicking earlier in the day. She was incredibly patient and reassuring, and took the time to explain everything to me and guide me on what I should do. As someone who can be quite anxious and easily scared when it comes to dental matters 😂, having a dentist who takes the time to listen, reassure and explain things properly means so much to me. Thank you, Dr Nora, and the entire team at Damansara Dental Studio for making a very stressful situation feel so much less scary. I truly appreciate the kindness, patience and professionalism shown to me, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients. ❤️🦷

Highly recommended. 📌 I’ve done quite a number of treatments here such as scaling & polishing, root canal treatment, removal of 4x wisdom teeth, and currently undergoing braces with the Damon system (they have instalment plans for payments!). Throughout every procedure, Dr. Lavina and Team (Kak Nora, Azwan & Jerome) were incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring. I was honestly nervous before my root canal and wisdom tooth extractions, but Dr. Lavina explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedures were much smoother and less painful than I expected (i was scared for real 🤣). Their aftercare instructions were also very detailed, which really helped with recovery. As for my Damon braces journey, I’m very happy with the progress so far. Dr. Lavina & The Team are patient, attentive, and always takes time to answer my questions during adjustments. The clinic environment is clean, modern, and very calming which makes a huge difference if you’re someone who feels anxious about dental visits like me because most of my past dental visits, the environment is super scary 😩 Overall, the service is top notch, and I genuinely feel I’m in safe hands here. Thank you Dr. Lavina & Team for taking such good care of my teeth 🥰🌹

I recently went in for a general cleaning and check-up, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly that I instantly felt right at home. The doctor was incredible she did a thorough check-up, gave me a detailed and clear explanation of everything, and showed genuine care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

If u are like me, where every morning brush looks like a massacre blood bath, or u have went to many dental clinics but they can’t seem to find the problem, please give Dr.Lavina a go. For the first time in my life from when i can remember, after doing scalling with Lavina, I no longer bleed when i brush my teeth. I have tried 2 dental clinics, all sopposely very good at what they do, could not rectify the problem. One said it is due to genetics and another said it is due to my brushing habits. Both did scalling for me but the problem still persist, i was on my wits ends until a friend introduced me to her. Special shout out to the dental technician team - they have such good communication amongst them that made me so satisfied with the final results! The process was quick & smooth, I also appreciate the technical support by the camera and the scanners. High accuracy, precise & professional. Recommend for Crown and Veneers!

I’m truly grateful to Dr Lavina and the team at Damansara Dental Studio. Since starting my braces journey in Jan 2024, every step—from braces, extraction, scaling, polishing, whitening, old crown replacement, new crown—has been handled with professionalism and genuine care. Dr Lavina and her team are professional, attentive, and highly client-centric. She is meticulous and relentless in pursuing the best possible outcome for her patients. Towards the end of last year, I experienced discomfort in my canine. After diagnosis and X-rays, Dr Lavina recommended a crown. I was initially hesitant and delayed the decision for months (partly due to my unpleasant experience when I did my 1st crown 20 yrs ago), but the team patiently followed up without pressure. When I finally proceeded, I was concerned about downtime due to work—but the temporary crown was done so well that it gave me complete confidence. The final crown process involved multiple fittings, with careful attention to achieving the perfect color shades and shape. I completed the crowning last night, and I’m truly delighted with the result. Professionally, I manage Customer Experience in my organization and have always championed delivering “wow” moments. Through this journey, I experienced firsthand what true, professional CX looks like in a dental setting. Behind every beautiful smile is a diligent dentist. And behind every “wow” experience is consistency, care, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Super cozy environment. Dentist well informs patient on their oral health condition. Did deep scaling and polishing and now my breath feels fresh and the high quality finishing probably pass on dental ads. Amazing hospitality and service. Highly recommended for those who love their teeth.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS We went in for emergency crown replacement. The only place opened at night so we went there. Instead of doing the crown replacement, she talked for 1 hour about the different treatments she can do for us and charged us RM150 consultation. Dr Lavina is a manipulative seller. She will plant these treatments into your head and make it seem like you THINK you need to do them. She said that she wants us to the treatment as in her own consciousness, she does not feel like doing an emergency crown replacement is the “right” thing to do. Do not go here if you want to be scammed.

If you're considering braces, Damansara Dental Studio, is absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I had my braces done here and honestly, the entire 1 year journey was nothing short of amazing. Before coming to DDS, I had enquired at several other clinics and was told it would take at least 3 years. Dr. Lavina and the team somehow made it happen in just 1 year, I still can't believe it! Very satisfied with the denture service! The denture fits well, looks natural, and my husband is very comfortable wearing it. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Highly recommended!
