My husband and I brought my ring in to have 2 stones replaced that fell out. It was only 2 weeks before we got the call to come pick it up. They also cleaned it and straightened the band. Look how it shines! 10 out of 10 for Dallas Diamonds!

People were nice. Brought gold and silver coins. Offered me half of what the base metal was worth. I don't like making a bad review. But yea. Took 2 of my rarest coins their to ask. Said they had no premium. Even though their were lass than 200 made. 2600 for 4500+ In melt. Not including it's U.S. gold and silver coins in amazing condition. May never go back. Wonder how many times they got me for not knowing what I was selling. The gold coin sells at 27-2800. So I lose 100-200 and give 13+ oz of silver just to sell. Bad business. Very bad. This isn't a pawn shop. Pawn shop could do better. Jewelry maby but coins. F-

Went to several different shops to try and sell my gold piece. And none could have compared to the hospitataly and honsesty from Dallas Dimonds. Not only were they super friendly, the selling process was quick and easy. And they beat all other competiors offer. If you want the best price for your gold I recommend you come here.

I just met two of the nicest people. Dorie is the people person, and Dallas is the precious metal and gemstone expert. I was met by Dorie. She welcomed me to the establishment. Very quickly I spoke with the owner Dallas can you help me with the questions I had. We finished our transaction and I left. The whole experience was great because of the people behind the business. That will always be what I focus on when I deal with the human element.

Today 12/24/2025 my wife and I stopped by to get a small appraisal. This older short man was behind the counter.. well he appraised the ring wrong 3 different times, but the reason I’m leaving this review is because he was the rudest most unprofessional, unethical person I have ever dealt with! He talked to us like we were beneath him!! We happened to stop by a different location and a customer there had a bad experience at this location… I will never return or recommend this location to anyone!

Really helpful in helping get a wedding band. They also gave me a fair price for rings I was selling. Can’t recommend the folks here enough!
