My furnace stopped working on Sunday night and I called DallAire Heating and Cooling and Andrew came out right away. He was professional and able to fix the issue quickly. Also, I was impressed by the cost and how affordable it was. I will need a new furnace and ac unit next year and Andrew was also able to give me a quote as well. Overall I had a great experience!

Andrew came out to just do some maintenance work on our hot water tank. He did a great job with it, kept everything clean, and gave some suggestions for the future on what to look for. I highly recommend them.

I previously had some bad experiences with heating companies in Davison so I did some research on this company. There were a lot of reviews about honesty, efficient, reasonably priced, and quality work. From my first phone call into the company, I found this true. I ended up with a gentleman named Ben who actually listened to my concerns and he made sure he addressed every one of them before he left! My humidifier wasn’t working and his option was to clean the line first and instead of automatically upselling you some part you didn’t really need. He was very patient in explaining settings and what I needed to do when I asked him to show me. He automatically put covers on his shoes the moment he walked in my place. I would highly recommend this company again along with my technician Ben. I found them to be knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and efficient!

Andrew was incredibly helpful and fast in getting my heat fixed. I woke up to a cold house, with chilly pets & kids. With the even colder weather expected to roll in this weekend I was stressing. Everyone else I called couldn’t make it until Monday, I was expecting anybody that was able to come out today was going to charge an arm and a leg just to look at it, but Andrew was able to come out the same day (Friday) & his Diagnostic fee was super fair as was the estimate. He also gave me helpful information on maintenance and provided an estimate for what I can expect when I’m ready for a new furnace. He wasn’t pushy at all—just making sure I was informed since my furnace is getting close to the end of its lifespan. I really appreciate his quick response and professionalism! The customer service was excellent. The service tech that came out was very informative he diagnosed what was wrong with my furnace and was able to get the part right away. He was here for maybe 1 1/2. I will be using them again in the future.

Awesome experience having DallAire Heating come to do fall furnace cleaning. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He discovered a problem with the heat exchanger and educated me about that problem. I decided to have a new furnace installed and was given a very fair price and the new furnace was installed the next day! I highly recommend this reputable, caring company. They hire A+ employees!

DallAire had the best response time and very reasonable service call fee. After no heat for almost 2 days with zero degree temps, it was nice to finally have the furnace repaired and not replaced. The furnace igniter bit the dust. It was something we could tolerate for a day, to avoid the extra weekend rates, which I anticipated to be higher, understandably. He went over all the options and didn't try to upsell me to a new furnace.

Damon was on time and professional. He explained what he did and showed me a video of our furnace working. We are on the maintenance plan so I asked him if they offered maintenance plans for another type of furnace and he answered my question and directed who to contact for pricing. I have and would still recommend DallAire to anyone. All of their employees are amazing.

I called DallAire to provide an estimate for a furnace job that we also had quoted by two other companies. Ben (along with his assistant Keegan) was very professional and knowledgeable about the service needed. He didn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs, as we experienced with another company. He offered solid advice regarding the repair, gave maintenance suggestions, and also helped solve an issue with our humidifier while on the same call. Choosing DallAire for the repair work was an easy decision based on his willingness to make an extra effort to see that our needs were met. While completing the repair, he also fixed a wiring and piping issue that could have caused larger problems in the future. We have gained a friend in this industry, and we will definitely be using their services in the future!
