Dale City Smiles

The staff at Dale City Smiles completely shifted my experience getting a cleaning with my fussy one year old present. While in the waiting area, my toddler started to get antsy. So I went to the front desk staff to reschedule. She replied, "Why reschedule? You're already here and we'll help you with your baby. He'll be fine." I felt reassured though I was thinking, my child would probably refuse and protest. As I walked back to my seat, Khatira called me back. In short, Khatira is knowledgable, intentional, gentle and thoughtful. She taught me a lot, praised my dental health and gave me the best cleaning I've every had. I appreciate her listening, helping and telling me what to do going forward as I navigate life post-invisalign and care for my smile with a retainer. Abi and Santana came to my aid and entertained my son right away. Their games and squishy with teeth were no match the entertainment I brought him. He loved brushing the toy teeth and playing with the staff. No fussiness, all smiles. And eventually a short nap, yay! Dr. Do, Mely and Valerie are also consistently attentive, friendly and helpful. Lastly, Santana and Khatira have done a fantastic job on my 7 year old's teeth with cleanings and sealants. He loves seeing Santana since she's worked with him the longest. Thanks Dale City Smiles. Seriously. You made my life and my experience as a mom so much easier. I appreciate you all going out of your way to help make my cleaning experience smooth and playing with my little one. It's good to know that if I need to come in and do not have childcare, Dale City Smiles offers a supportive environment, welcoming and accommodating to toddlers.

Dentist and hygienists there were fantastic. They see you quickly and ensure that your experience is comfortable. Staff is friendly and personable. Only complaint is that billing underestimates the amount my insurance company is going to pick up and requires me to pay more than I have to up front. They don’t let me wait for my explanation of benefits in the mail. Consequently, I’m constantly working with a credit and the amount I will owe (or the amount they owe me) is always confusing. For this reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I made my first emergency appointment in August 2025, and went back in November for follow up. Both times the entire staff was very caring professional and extremely helpful. I am happy and telling my colleagues and friends about Dale City Smiles. Thank you all.

My experience at Dale City Smiles was a 10/10! The space was clean and modern, the staff was kind and helpful, the cleaning and exams were thorough! I love going to the dentist - crazy, right? So, I have been to my fair share of offices. I have never had such a great experience! I will sing this places praises loud and proud!

Khatira is awesome. She took good care of our family. My husband is not a fun of visiting the dentist but she made him comfortable. On top she does excellent job. I recommend her to the world. Shut out to Alice too. You guys are just good with people.

I was in need of a local dentist for an emergency and was fortunate enough to find Dale City Smiles. They took me in on very short notice and took excellent care of me. Everyone here is amazing - from the receptionist, to the hygienist, dentist and even billing. I was treated with care and respect and felt right at home. I am looking forward to getting all of my dental work done with Dale City Smiles and can confirm that all of these glowing reviews are on point and legit. I went to my first appointment feeling pretty anxious but once I got in the door it all melted away based on how friendly everyone was and based on how clean and professional the establishment is setup. As a new patient I was impressed. The staff was professional and welcoming. Prior to my procedure I was given a tour of the office, which I found to be clean and bright which was very comforting. Jimmy and Dr Do provided my service and both were excellent. They explain everything in detail, so I knew what they were doing and what to expect. I am usually anxious about dental appointments but this was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Dale City Smiles! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and runs like clockwork with almost no wait time. Jimmy was the dental hygienist I saw and he took me on a tour of the office which I thought was pretty cool! He was incredibly gentle, thorough, and kind. He made my cleaning comfortable and even enjoyable—explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He also listened to me and gave me feedback for my concerns. Dr. Choi was equally fantastic—professional, personable, and clearly very skilled. He answered all my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and created a treatment plan that made sense for me. I truly felt taken care of by the entire team. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’re treated like family and given top-tier care, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit but I found the doctor and staff to be polite friendly. I was taken back quickly and saw the dentist shortly thereafter. The hygienist was thorough and constantly checked on my comfort. Overall a good experience and I’m a big fan of getting into an appointment on time and getting taken care of quickly.

I had a wonderful experience at Dale City smiles. I went for examination and cleaning done. Dr. Do recommendations and treatment plan was authentic and clear. Ms. Khatira, the dentist hygienist performed a thorough cleaning and is a pleasure to be around, she is gentle and thoughtful professional. The staff were friendly and I left their office satisfied with services, the prices are very affordable , and the cool promotional gifts they handed me🤗 I highly recommend their practice.
