Joey was amazing!! He asked before hand if there were any concerns I had when we looked at the house. He took my concerns and inspected them and broke down everything in terms that we understood. Joey did a thorough inspection for us. Many items were revealed that requires tests using tools to check systems such as for electrical outlets, stove and microwave. Do to the issues found we had to pass on the house. Be advised that a home inspection is limited and certain things such as scoping sewer pipes and mechanical ductwork, structural inspection ect., might need to be by a separate inspector unless requested and Joeys service does the inspections. Its best to ask your inspector ahead of time so that you have everything lined up and no surprises come up.
