We decided quite late in our wedding planning process that we wanted to book a day coordinator, and we were recommended to get in touch with Chloe. From the very first messages and phone call, Chloe was just so friendly, approachable, and positive. It was clear immediately that we could put our trust in her to make the day run smoothly. In the run up to the wedding Chloe was keeping in touch with all our suppliers making sure everything was ready to go, and worked closely with us to formulate a timeline for the day that would mean the day would run the way we had envisioned it. She was absolutely invaluable the day before the wedding helping us set up the marquee - quietly problem solving anything that arose but also just being such lovely company to have with us! The day itself was seamless - there were a couple of things that we spontaneously decided to shift or change the timings of on the day, and Chloe was completely flexible with this and ensured everything happened without any issues. We felt totally relaxed and able to soak up every minute of the day knowing that it was all in safe hands. Chloe also captured some beautiful photos and video clips of the venue which has been so lovely for us to see moments when we weren’t there and before the guests arrived with everything set up the way we had imagined for all the months of planning! Although booking Chloe was something of a last minute decision for us, it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made and we truly can’t thank you enough for all your care and hard work, Chloe! We cannot recommend Chloe from Daffodil Event Planning highly enough! From the very start, she was organised, calm, and an absolute joy to work with. The week before our wedding, a supplier (our parasol provider) cancelled last minute, and Chloe worked her magic to not only find a replacement but one that was even better than the original. On the day itself, there were some unexpected hiccups—like delays with guest transport—but Chloe handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly that none of the guests even noticed. She was there early in the morning to help with setup, made adjustments when two guests had to cancel due to a family emergency, and rearranged the table plan seamlessly. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and fantastic network of suppliers meant our day ran flawlessly and looked absolutely beautiful. We’re so incredibly grateful to Chloe for everything she did—our wedding truly wouldn't have been the same without her. Thank you!!

We met Chloe at a wedding show back in 2023 and before we got home we had made the decision to check her availability. Chloe is such a lovely and warm person, who immediately puts any thought of nerves or problems at ease from day one. We had multiple catch-ups over the last 2 years and stayed in touch via Zoom, Whatsapp and Email so we never felt like we had been forgotten - despite the long lead time to our big day. We opted for the Full Wedding Planning package, which meant Chloe would be taking almost everything off our plates on the day, and that is exactly what she did. I'm a control freak (as I'm sure Chloe now knows 😅) so to be able to sit back and only stress about messing up my lines/speeches was such a large weight off my shoulders personally. Neither myself or my wife had to lift a finger on the day - everybody was where they were meant to be, when they were supposed to be and the whole day went off perfectly without a hitch. Chloe even planned lovely weather for us ;-). Simply put, we cannot recommend Chloe enough! If you are planning your Wedding (or any other event), you will not regret booking her services. Chloe was an absolute star as our on-the-day wedding coordinator — and she did so much in the lead-up and the day after too. Her help was invaluable from set-up to take-down, but mostly, she made our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish so all we had to do was relax and enjoy it. When plans had to change due to excessive wind, Chloe thought fast and came up with brilliant solutions. She worked her socks off for us and was a delight to work with. Chloe was the absolute perfect wedding day coordinator for our wedding in August. From our very first meeting we knew we could trust Chloe with the big and very important details of the day all the way through to the smaller intricate details too. The day was perfect and we can’t thank Chloe enough for helping us pull it off and for being generally so brilliant throughout the wedding planning process. We wanted to celebrate our Golden Wedding at home in our garden and contacted Chloe from Daffodil Event Planning at the outset. She offered a no obligation initial meeting where she was very supportive of our initial plan and creative with ideas of her own. From then on she helped with every detail , suggesting caterers , music , tipi hire etc . She managed all the contracts so that we were not bothered by questions and details, which we really appreciated. Chloe offered to come along and be there for the party day and was just a fantastic help setting up final details with a very stylish welcome board ,setting out the tables and welcoming the caterers , band , bar staff etc . She also worked with our children, at their request, to arrange some lovely moments during the party , we knew nothing about this until they happened! Chloe enabled us to have an amazing and memorable party in our own garden with a fabulous live band , great catering and a very stylish look to the whole event. Most of all she made it possible for us to just enjoy our evening whilst she handled all the details. We would wholeheartedly recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a really personal and professional service to organize their event. Thank you Chloe for everything.
