This is a very overdue review, but we were so happy with how everything turned out! We had our house/driveway/ windows and walkway power washed at the end of summer. Ended up initially going with D1 because the reviews were great, and the pricing was reasonable. Tommy was very responsive from the get go, arrived on time and had our house/driveway/ roof/windows looking brand new! His attention to detail was great- he even came back the next day to work on a few stubborn spots that were good as new afterwards. Highly recommend, and we will be using him again in the future!

Tommy did an excellent job cleaning up my driveway and walkway up to my backyard shed. His attention to detail is what separates him from the others. Where do I even begin. From the initial communication, Tommy was on top of all replies. He provided a quote and we scheduled the visit date. Tommy was spot on time, which is incredibly refreshing. We walked around the property together and discussed what he would do and the steps he would take to complete the job. He was respectful and clean and genuine and appeared to have very high-level concern for all of my items around the home. When he completed the pressure washing, we again walked around the property and he showed me areas of the home that stood out to him and that I may want to keep an eye on. Tommy was great! He worked on a REALLY dirty rental property we own so that I can list it soon. He even got sticks and pine straw off the roof! His attention to detail made this job stress free for us!

Tommy is awesome! He came out and gave me a quote to do the work, showed up on time, completed the job when he said he would and it looks wonderful! I usually judge people that work at my house by how much work I have to do when they get finished to make it the way I wanted it. This is the first time in 10 years that I haven't had to do that. We heard someone power washing the concrete wall behind our condo. I investigated. When the gentleman paused from washing, I approached him and commented how nice his work looked and if he could spray our portion of the wall too. He said that my neighbor had hired him to clean his portion. I asked if he be willing to spray our back yard section. He said he’d be happy to power wash our portion, and wouldn’t charge us anything, since he had all his equipment set up already. Let me state clearly - that it was the kindest most generous action we’ve experienced in a long time.
