Got a flat tire on Ridge Ave during morning traffic 🙃 I called Evanston Towing & Hauling and they showed up way faster than I expected. The driver was super friendly, talked me through what he was doing, and had my car safely taken care of in no time. Highly recommend if you ever get stuck in Evanston!

D&R is awesome. I waited 2 hours for the dog water company known as “speeedy G towing” to not show up. Called D&R instead and the driver was there in 10 minutes

I got stuck in the weirdest way in a cemetery snow. These guys came and got others to come help and get me out of a tough jam. Knowledgeable and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Quite literally deserves 0 stars. I’m shopping around for towing assistance due to the winter storm has been stressful. Everyone I’ve spoken to have to very kind, and then I call them. People that work in customer service LACK customer service skills. Answered the phone with an attitude, I asked a question to clarify (I spoke with several other people and they needed exact address, or just the city I don’t know your policy) and I was given the remark “yeah I need your exact address how else am I gonna get to the car.” Ok then. Smart remarks aren’t necessary (I stated) I proceed to give the address, and the conversation ends with “i don’t want your car”, with an abrupt hang up. Just with this short interaction tells me enough about the company.

I called them this morning for a tow. They showed up within the hour to tow my car 45 minutes away. Very professional I will def be using them again if I need a tow.

Quick, efficient, up front pricing. What else can a distressed motorist ask for. 10/10

Said it’s too cold to do road side assistance. I’m confused? Isn’t that the job?
