David A was thorough with his inspection however, the WALLS were not inspected for mold with his borescope camera, only vents. I am disappointed with the communication and lack of with addressing and correcting errors in the final report. To date, I have not received the corrected report from this company. Another person dictated the report other than the person that came out to my residence and I don’t feel like my situation was taken serious. I was displaced from my home due to a strong odor and the company did not treat it such according to the report. I was also given the incorrect pricing over the phone and was charged much more. I cannot recommend this company.

I highly recommend D.R Consultants LLC. They are licensed and regulated by the state of Texas. You must have a license to diagnose mold !!! They are very professional , knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. This company literally saved my life. When I was begging my apartment complex to please have a mold test done because I was so sick they refused. I called D.R. Consultants and they came and saved my life by performing cultures and air quality testing among a visual assessment of my apartment. If I had not called them I would probably be dead by now. They answered every question I had about the test results , personal questions regarding my contents in apartment and my health concerns. They walked me through everything they were doing while assessing my home for mold and water. I also received my test results and documentation in a timely manner. . They are the best!!!!

David Alvears does great work and is very responsive and thorough. We hired him as a mold consultant who will write and monitor our mold remediation plan.

The inspector was very knowledgeable and did a great job with all of our concerns. He was very thorough and spent the right Amit of time inspecting the water damage and mold growth. DR Consulting has great reviews and was highly recommended by Serve-Pro Restoration. I have not seen their repot but my wife and I are very pleased so far.

David and his crew are very professional. They show up in a timely manner and get the work done. They are really good at explaining anything that may be going on.
