I’m very satisfied because the cleaning was done extremely thoroughly. Unlike when I used a company in Vernon, they were friendly and professional.

Late on a Friday afternoon, Mike from D&L was sent over with the wrong truck, but using ingenuity and a hacksaw, converted his equipment to suck a nasty 6” rock up a 20 foot sewer inspection pipe, restoring our home to ‘regular’ functioning after an uncomfortable day of distress. Thanks Mike!

Same day service with a smile! I called to see if it would be possible to get a septic tank emptied sometime over the next few days. It was done the same day, a couple of hours after my call! The guy that came out was very efficient, friendly and thorough and even reburied the access to the tank and replaced the concrete slab and pot over the top afterwards. Service was above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Quick to respond to a call , very professional and great staff. Justin was the guy on the call and not only answered the homeowners (my) questions, he educated me on what I'm looking for in the future and worked to find the solution to getting our system back on track. Called Rick because I had a plumbing auguring my septic and we could not free the clog and plumber suggested I need to empty the septic. Rick asked a few questions and then told us we need to pull the inspection plate off the septic and we would find the problem. The plumber was in disbelief because he augured 8 plus times with no success. He also scoped with the camera and thought we were in the septic tank. But end result was Rick was bang on!! We pulled the inspection and found fat stuck causing the problem. The plumber broke it up and it solved the problem. Thanks for saving us the cost of emptying the tank and plumber call back Rick. Truly appreciate your help!!
