Thank you for your message. For clarity, your initial diagnostic quote was $160, not $140. When I respectfully attempted to discuss the price, I found your response dismissive and unprofessional — specifically, your suggestion to "go get it checked at an authorized dealer." I took that advice, visited the Audi dealership, and had the issue resolved efficiently. While I value transparency, mutual respect during negotiations is equally important. I’ve moved forward with the solution elsewhere, but appreciate your efforts towards justification. Best regards.

Went there to get my car ac system checked as it was intermittently working. Igor was friendly and upfront regarding his $160 dollar diagnosis charge to pinpoint the fault. I agreed and he proceeded, after a few quick checks he went into fear tactics saying everything from my ac amplifier to practically all the components were bad. When questioned how this is possible as it still works in and off he back tracked on the ac amplifier which costs over $1000. I asked for a detailed quote and he came back with replacement of most of the components. Which is not pinpointing the root issue rather a labour intense money grab! I got it fixed with just two components today at a fraction of what he wanted. Don't let him con you into his high quality parts and speeches regarding his top line parts, he is very cheeky and I highly would not recommend him.
