If I could give D&F Plumbing 10 stars I would! What unbelievable service. I needed a backflow installed in a sprinkler system ASAP.When I called in I expected to get a call center or some other kind of runaround.Instead Danielle answered the phone,listened to my problem and said these magic words "We can have someone out there today .He will give you an estimate and if you approve it he will have everything on the truck to complete the job." A short time later I got a text confirming my appointment and introducing me to Nathan the plumbing pro that would be solving my problem. They even set me up with a tracker so that I would know when Nathan was going to arrive. Nathan could not have been nicer, more helpful or more professional. He quickly accessed the situation , provided a reasonable estimate and got to work.I am very satisified with his work and with D & F Plumbing. If you need a plumber call D & F Plumbing first ! Maybe you will get Nathan . I give everyone there TEN STARS.

I am so impressed with the quality of service from D&F Plumbing. They are professional, competent, and excellent communicators. I had a whole house water filter installed and I am so pleased! I shout out to Riley Betka who did a whole house inspection. His mannerism made me feel listened to and confident. Brad did a wonderful job figuring out what needed to be done, and Shawn did an awesome job - making sure everything was in perfect working order before completing the task. Thank you D&F Plumbing! I had an excellent experience with D&F Plumbing—highly recommend them! Loren W. was the plumber who handled my angle stop replacement in our downtown condo, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and got the job done right the first time. I’ll definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. 5 stars!

Our service technician John was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He identified the problem in short order and was able to make the fix within 90 minutes. Very satisfied.

Calvin was great. The valve at our water main in the house failed and they were able to come within an hour, another hour later new valve and no leak. It was expensive but you get what you pay for and they did a great job.

Yes! The customer service at D & F plumbing, heating and cooling was absolutely amazing. First of all Danielle and Brad had great booking skills! Knowable and super friendly! I have had their service a couple of times! Couldn’t be happier! But, today Manuel was my technician. I couldn’t have been happier with his performance and service. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional! He informed me every step of the way. D & F is an outstanding company! I wouldn’t go anywhere else….ever!

We have used D&F plumbing three times. Each time, the repairman (most recently Eddy) were fantastic. Not only did they do good work, but they are super nice, explained things well and kept us informed of their progress. The office staff and schedulers are also great and enjoyable to work with.

Timely, prompt, professional and informative service. Matthew was professional, polite, and knowledgeable in his visit to assess a water tank alarm/leak issue. He was thorough and patient in explaining not only the repair, but helping me understand options and my system. I’m completely satisfied with Matthew and D&F’s service.

Even though the prices of services were pretty spendy, the technician, Ozzy was very informative and up front on the costs and what he would be doing. I highly appreciate the way he carried himself and how he became someone i could trust to get the job done correctly. He showed up very fast and got the job done just as quick. I was informed by two contractors that my upstairs toilet was the source of a leak that dripped into my kitchen after the contractors checked for water with hand held monitors. One of them recommended D & F Plumbing. I made an appointment with D & F to have a plumber come out to repair the leak. Calvin King arrived and checked for moisture. There was some water by the toilet so Calvin took up the fixture to check the wax ring, the flange, and the bolts. Since the toilet was at least 15 years old I asked Calvin to install a new one to eliminate any chance of a leak. When he completed the job he flushed the fixture 4 times with no sign of leaking. A small hole had been cut in the kitchen ceiling which lies under the upstairs bathroom. Calvin said, “ I’m going to check to make sure I’ve taken care of everything.” When he made an examination he discovered that there was a broken pipe that was responsible for the leak. It wasn’t the toilet. Calvin came back today and repaired the pipes to resolve issue. I’m grateful to Calvin for his professionalism, his courtesy, his willingness to listen and clarify things that may be unclear, and for the fact that he located the ultimate source of the leak so that the situation is resolved completely. I’m thankful to D & F Plumbing with special applause for Calvin King who truly went above and beyond. He’s my Plumbing Hero!
