D Collision is hands-down the best body shop in Santa Clarita. Matt was our main point of contact, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough about him. It was so refreshing to work with someone honest, straightforward, and reliable — no overpromising or underdelivering. Huge mistake!! I brought my truck here for a repair after an accident. First they used the wrong chrome trim and I had to argue with them to use the correct, which they never did! 2 months after I got the truck back, a headlight code came up. I went back and they said it was too long since they replaced the light and they would not fix it. They also replaced the windshield and the radar codes came up too. They also refused responsibility. My insurance cannot do anything since I made the huge mistake of choosing this business that is not part of the insurance company recommended bodyshops. BEWARE they have a 5star rating but they are a no star business.
