This was our first time buying a house and it was the best experience thanks to Cynthia Hurst! She was always sending us listing and helping us stay on top of making this happen. The house we ended up getting wasn’t even on the market yet and Cynthia knew about it and showed it to us! She always had our lifestyle and family in mind when finding us a home! She really did all the hard work for us and guided us step by step with every little detail and whenever we had questions and needed extra help she was always there for us every single time! I couldn’t have asked for a better more caring realtor! We seriously loved working with Cynthia and we are so thankful to have had her throughout this entire process! 10/10 Recommend!

Cynthea was an absolute pleasure to work with recently when my wife and I purchased a home in Glenwood Springs. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, especially when a loan is involved, but her experience, local contacts and vendor relationships all helped to make things better.
She was professional, communicative and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place and going smoothly.
If you are looking for someone that knows that area of Garfield and neighboring counties, she’s an obvious choice.
