The house we ended up getting wasn’t even on the market yet and Cynthia knew about it and showed it to us! She always had our lifestyle and family in mind when finding us a home! She really did all the hard work for us and guided us step by step with every little detail and whenever we had questions and needed extra help she was always there for us every single time! Cynthea was very easy to communicate with and never had a problem answering questions even if it was 6pm. She also helped us get back into visit a home so we could buy it before it disappeared from the market. She did great making sure we were represented in the best way possible. She helped save us money on the home as well with her awesome negotiation. Best realtor I’ve ever dealt with!!

Cynthea was amazing to work with. When we decided to make our move to Colorado we wanted a house in the area of Rifle. Ms Hurst took the time to show us several properties in that town but there was nothing we really liked until she took us to Parachute/Battlement Mesa. The townhome we bought was everything we were looking for. Cynthea gave us time and space to see every house and never rush us in to make a decision.
