Asphalt talk: To every East Tennessee resident and business owner who may be in need of paving services, I can highly recommend CYC Paving for just about everything you could want in a contractor, and more! The response time, punctuality, price and quality of his work are the main things that stand out. His “Attention To Details” is impressive to say the least. Not only does he see you in person to discuss the product, quote and plan suggestions, he isn’t reluctant at all to get his hands dirty! He is actually on the job site, directing the fine details and sometimes runs the equipment himself. Having been a developer and builder for decades in the past, I’ve had the unfortunate experience of meeting a sales person who hands me off the the crew whom you never meet until they show up on day one of the project. I know what a good paving job is, compared to one that was done incorrectly. Clifford shows up! He and his team work hard and stay totally focused on the details required for your job. Recently, my husband and I went to dinner to a local, fine dining restaurant in Maryville. It was raining and we could tell the paving and striping was new. As we parked and looked around - the dips and valleys of standing water, including one I opened my car door to, it was obvious that business did not get a quality job. My husband commented, “they did not use CYC on this parking lot!”

I had CYC come out to my house in Rutledge to asphalt the driveway and a small parking area adjacent to it. They showed up at 7am with a full crew and all the right equipment. They did a fantastic job on the areas they were working on and helped move and level some rock for me as well. Clifford stood behind his word and did exactly what was promised. I’m happy with the job they did and would absolutely use them again for future work.
