Custom Window

One of the best service experiences that we have ever had. We were trying to open up our man cave in our garage and we were looking for an alternative that would make the room not only look ascetically pleasing but bright and open also. Custom Windows removed our old 16' x 7' garage door and replaced it with this beautiful 16' x 7' Patio Door. The installation and attention to detail from this company is amazing. The quality of this door was apparent right from the first time we opened and closed it. The black capping that was installed around the Patio door and our other pre-existing garage doors was done to perfection. We couldn't be happier with the look and feel of these doors both inside and out. Thank You Custom Window for a job well done!

We ordered a door through Custom Window after meeting with several door companies. Chris Long was very knowledgeable, very easy to talk too and was not pushy like most salespeople. We got the doors installed mid July and everything went very smoothly. They explained the process to us and made sure we were satisfied with everything they were doing. The doors are exactly what we envisioned. Fast forward to mid August and we were the victim of a scary situation and had a drugged out male kick and bang on our door for over twenty minutes until police arrived. I was beyond nervous to see the damage, however there was not a mark. The durability and quality of this door is unmatched. Couldn’t be more thankful for this purchase. Thanks again Custom Window. Custom Window and Doors are great to work with ! From the intial appointment to the installation I was very pleased. My concerns with my old storm door were heard and addressed. The new storm door was installed quickly. They checked the finished job to ensure there were no problems. The new storm door is great!!

Absolutely Fabulous ! If I could give more than a five star review, I would . My once cold and draughty house is now nice and cozy We had six windows and our front door replaced . The highlight for me is my beautiful new red door . Our new windows are not only beautiful they are easy to open and they lock securely. Chris D and his team treated us and our home with the utmost respect. Our house was left, clean and debris free, they were more than happy to accommodate my dog when he needed to go out into the yard. We did receive other quotes some higher some lower and some painfully long winded sales pitches and pressure to sign that day. We just replaced all the windows in our home and were fortunate to find Custom Windows. Our windows are well-made in Canada and look great. They were experienced, professional, and provided very good customer service all the way through the process. Our windows and trim were installed with care and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to call them next time we need help.

I have just had all my windows replaced - 16 actual windows in total. I was impressed with Custom Window from the first meeting. They were my 3rd quote, and right in the middle price-wise. I got my quote just as Gary was leaving as owner, and Chris D was stepping in. Gary and the "new" Chris, came through for measurements, and gave me a lot of information that I was very grateful for, being a first-time homeowner. Subsequent meetings were just as pleasant (in the showroom to sign off, getting final measurements and meeting Chris D, etc). It took only slightly longer than I was told (which was a supplier issue, not in their control). The 3 installing were very friendly, quick/efficient, and kept things as tidy as possible. Even though they came across some issues (old houses always throw surprises out, especially when the prior owner was a DIYer), they got it done in 2.5 days as they said they would. My windows now look so nice, both inside and out. I can't wait for the heat cost savings, and being able to open my windows in the summer!

Thanks so much to Custom Window for providing and installing our patio door. Everything was great from the time we stopped in at the showroom to the follow-up once the job was completed. We were able to get Chris Long out to take pictures and measurements the same day we stopped in. Chris Derynk and Rick were both out to double check things within a couple of days and they installed the door working together efficiently and pleasantly on a very hot day! The bonus was that the door came in a few weeks earlier than we were originally told! Highly recommend for product, attention to detail, workmanship and professionalism.
