Custom Maids of Ft Smith did a fantastic job cleaning my house. Mary and Shelby were so sweet and got along well with my dogs .! They are on time and professional. Also Andreana and the lady that cleans with her I can not remember her name always do a fantastic job too cleaning out house.. and it smells so clean and the bathrooms and kitchen just sparkles with cleanliness. Thank you for all your hard work..! I would recommend them for all your house cleaning needs.

Both maids were very friendly and self starters. I unexpectedly had assorted workmen show up ( I am in the process of selling my house) they took things in stride, worked around everything and everybody. Great results, I recommend them.

I highly recommend Custom Maids cleaning service. They arrived on time, did an amazing job on my entire house! Kitchen and bathrooms looked and smelled so clean! I’m very happy with the entire experience, from getting a estimate thru coming home to a wonderfully cleaned home!

We had 2 cleaning ladies who did absolutely amazing. Everything looks spic and span and clean as the day we moved in. They tackled everything I can’t physically do and that alone took all the stress away. And it smells sooooo good in here! I will definitely have them back!

Superb Work! My house has never looked this clean. In addition to rates were extremely affordable considering the very thorough job they did. I would highly recommend custom maids as a go to if you want a deep cleaning of your house.

Completely unsatisfactory!! I hired Custom Maid's to come in and clean an empty house before putting it on the market. Now to be fair, the house has been unoccupied for quite some time. They sent two ladies to clean. They worked on the house for seven hours and at the end of the day the house was still not completely cleaned. They want you to sign off on a form that says you're satisfied but as we all know, it's not till you can take time and look through everything that you start finding all the areas that was missed. I also had to pay for the time that one employee took cigarette breaks. When I brought to the intention of management that it was not completely cleaned for the amount of time and money they were charging me, which was over $1200. Beth was very argumentative and only wanted to know if I had read and signed the paper that said I was satisfied. I asked if someone could come out and complete the work and was told that it would be an additional charge. I'm sad to say that I would not recommend this company. Any company that has business practices like that and doesn't make any attempt whatsoever to rectify a situation in any form, I cannot recommend! I'm going to post a couple pictures just to show a sampling of their caliber of work. There was grease still on the cabinet doors and the blinds were filthy. They were not wiped at all. The chandeliers were covered in dust. These are the details a professional should do.

Custom Maids deep cleaned my apartment today, 10-8-25. It is so thoroughly clean that I actually cried! I haven’t been able to clean in months due to disability and it is such a burden that has been lifted. Thank you to Mary, and Adriana for their hard work !! Totally worth the price!

I had an initial deep cleaning and I am very pleased. I have a lot of trim mouldings, baseboards, ceiling fixtures, and fans and this cleaning covered all of those! Especially nice leading up to the holiday season.

I hired l Custom Maids to clean my place, and wow — they did an amazing job! Super friendly, showed up on time, and got straight to work.
