I can not say enough about the service, emergency timeliness and the customer service provided today by Custom Comfort Systems. It is Sunday following record setting low temperatures over the past few days and I woke up to no furnace. Custom Comfort was not my first call, but in the future it will be the only call. At 8:00 a.m. a live person took my call, let me know they could respond TODAY and knocked on the door at 12:15 pm, just as they said they would at 8:30 a.m. The service was great, the diagnostics on point, the explanations very understandable. I had heat by 1:15 p.m. I would recommend Custom Comfort above any other company in the tri-county and tri-state area without hesitation.

The technician was friendly, professional, and fixed our furnace quickly. He explained everything clearly and the service was honest and affordable. Highly recommend this company!

Cleaned our ductwork and serviced our furnace at a reasonable price. Could have been a bit more tidy, but it's a dirty job! Still 5 stars!

We have used Custom Comfort Solutions for the past 5 years. Brian has been our technician and go to person for any plumbing and heating issues we have. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly, and provides outstanding service every time! He takes time to explain what issues there are and how he is fixing them as well as what you can do as a customer to prevent issues in the future. Cannot recommend Brian enough!

Very punctual. Very professional. Service engineer was very pleasant, polite, well groomed. He performed the job very well and answered all of our questions. Cost of the visit was fair. You can’t put a price on safety and piece of mind.

Had maintanence check done on my heat pump system, tech was on time and professional and very attentive. Have come to expect nothing less from this company having dealt with them in the past, excellent service.
