She was very helpful in providing her honest opinion when we were going through our decision making process. We attended her Hot Tub Maintenance class and found this to be very helpful information for first timers. In addition, Johnna was more than willing to consult with, and walk us through the process of prepping the hot tub as we turned it on for the first time.
