If your vehicle has been impounded, we are only allowing 1 person in the office at a time, which should be the registered owner, if you are not the registered owner you will need a letter of release notarized before the vehicle can be released to you.
We will also need UP TO DATE Registration, Copy Of Insurance that is UP TO DATE, Valid Drivers License and Cash only at the moment as our card machine is down.
