Jazz at the front desk is very kind and helpful and looking out for the best Interest of the customer as well as the mechanics. Appreciate the speed and hard work they put in with replacing my transmission, especially right before Christmas! Can’t recommend them more.

Trustworthy and reliable place. The ladies knows the car industry and helped with big and small issues. Its a very different experience when one goes to 'mate, bro' workshop and they dont care about anything other than your wallet. 10 points to this place and Malibu (doggo).

I'd been away I my vehicle was over due for a service when I returned & they were able to do the service within a week. The office staff were efficient & pleasant to deal with, making the whole exercise stress free. Thanks to Jazz and the team at Currumbin Mechanical & Transmission Centre.

From the very first call, I was impressed with Currumbin Transmissions. Jaz answered my call on a public holiday and took the time to explain, in plain and simple terms, the whole process of getting my transmission checked, diagnosed, and quoted. Nothing was ever rushed or unclear — I knew exactly what was happening before any work went ahead. We did hit a few hurdles along the way, with extra parts needing replacement and eventually a TCM repair being required. Tom even tried to repair the TCM himself to save me both money and hassle, but in the end, a new TCM was the only way to get the car truly reliable again. While it wasn’t ideal, I actually felt much better knowing the job was going to be done properly and fixed for good. In the end, the whole repair came in under $3K — a massive relief considering a new transmission would have cost me anywhere from $7–9K. On top of that, they only charged me for 7 hours of labour even though I know Tom put in much more time than that. The level of care, transparency, and communication was second to none. Everything was explained clearly, and I was kept updated at every stage through phone calls, texts, emails, and even videos of the process. A huge thank you to Jaz, Tom, and the whole team. You’ve earned my trust and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Currumbin Transmissions to anyone needing honest, professional, and reliable transmission work.
