After ordering three products that said they were available online, that were not available in our local area, we received a message that the products were not, in fact, available. We were offered comparable products, and agreed to accept the comparable products. Nothing was ever sent. We’ve attempted to contact the store repeatedly over the past 4.5 months, both by phone and email, each time being told an owner or manager would call us to resolve the issue, and not once have we received a return call or email. Nor has our order ever arrived. Buyer beware! Ordering online may mean a donation to the company with nothing to show for it. I have been very patient and kind with this company, but they have taken full advantage of that, and online consumers need to be aware. They may have excellent in-store service, but it does not extend beyond that. If we don’t receive a response today, they can explain to our credit card company why they accepted payment without delivering any products, and the BBB will have another complaint against them. This is absolutely unacceptable business practices.
