We were happy with the new key Thomas supplied and everything about our experience was great. He was really good at communicating and did the work quickly and at a reasonable price. We’d definitely recommend.

I reached out through the CT Customs website to ask about the cost of a spare key. I wasn’t expecting a quick reply but Ryan got back to me within 10 minutes and clearly explained the price for creating a new key for my partner’s VW Polo. By chance, he was already nearby on another job and offered to come over straight away. He arrived promptly, was friendly and approachable and walked me through the process. Not only did he complete the job quickly and at a very fair price, but he also ran a free diagnostic check on the car since it was new to my girlfriend. I highly recommend CT Customs, they're professional, honest, and genuinely helpful people.
