🏠🔨 At CS Roofing, we're committed to maintaining the integrity of your home! Today's project update involves precision work on the backside of a roof. Here’s what we’re up to:
1️⃣ Removing shingles around two roof stacks to get things started.
2️⃣ Out with the old! We're replacing the pipe flashing nestled between the stacks for a watertight seal.
3️⃣ Installing EPDM rubber over the curbs, expertly sealing it to the stacks for enhanced durability and protection.
4️⃣ Re-shingling around the curbs with new 3-tab shingles to ensure everything looks as good as new.
5️⃣ And of course, leaving no trace behind - cleaning up and disposing of all material and trash.
