The homeowner reached out to us after noticing stains on their ceiling caused by a leak. Upon inspection, we discovered the EPDM flat roof system was failing. Our team sprang into action, tearing up the old rubber and uncovering rotted wood underneath.
🔨 We replaced the damaged wood and installed a sturdy fiberboard substrate to prepare for the new 60 mil EPDM rubber roofing. Our flashing detail work was meticulous, ensuring no more leaks for this cherished home!
