Jordan, the Crystal Water Representative, did an excellent job installing our new system. He was on time, efficient, clean, and happily explained the workings of the system. We look forward to cleaner, softer water that is kind to both our bodies and our water-using equipment and appliances. It was a no brainer for us to get the Crystal Water reverse osmosis water filtration system installed in our kitchen.

Jordan replaced my water softener today, he did a great job!! Very professional, he called to let me know he’d be about 30 minutes later than the appointment. Everything went smooth, he explained the basics of how it works and what I needed to know. It cost the price he quoted me, he waved the service call fee for coming out to see if my old one could be fixed. I recommend Crystal Water for your water softener needs!!
