I was referred to Crystal Clear Pools and Spas of Pensacola by my sister, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They are professional, punctual, and truly know what they’re doing. My pool has never looked better – it’s consistently clean, clear, and well-maintained. The team is friendly, reliable, and always willing to answer any questions. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Pensacola area looking for top-notch pool maintenance!

Editing my review to say that the owner did contact me today and was very professional and kind about the situation. The facts still stand but I do want to acknowledge that he did reach out and attempt to fix the situation which was appreciated. If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. This man Aaron charged us almost $500 for his pool special from green to crystal clear. We had a party we were trying to get ready for and when we hired Aaron the party was 8 or 9 days away. He assured us that he could get it "crystal clear" by the party. The party came. The water was blue but so cloudy you couldn't see your own feet. After the party he told us it was the sand filter that was the issue and he needed to dig out the sand and replace it and it would cost us an ADDITIONAL $130-$140. We agreed because we are first time pool owners and didn't know any better and this guy seemed really nice. He never called or showed up again. Once we started talking to other people and businesses we realized this man is simply a scam artist and nothing more. Shame on you for taking advantage of families.

I have never written a bad review because I believe in the good in people but I have no choice but to let others know and hopefully keep someone from making the same mistake. I found Aaron through Angie's list and hired him because he was the first to respond. In the beginning he showed up every week and did a great job. As time went on his visits became more sporadic and I understood that some of it was because of the rain. At the end of August my neighbor came to use the pool and said whoever was servicing my pool deserved a raise because it was "crystal clear". I agreed and had planned to give Aaron that raise on the next invoice. Now it is 26 Sep and his last visit was 26 Aug. After he didn't show the first week I assumed he was behind because of all the rain. After the second week and better weather I texted asking if he was going to skip another week. By the end of the 3rd week and still a no show I began to worry about him. Did he and his phone fall in the pool? Was he in an accident and in the hospital? I even checked the obituaries. After repeated phone calls, texts, and emails he has yet to respond. This blatant lack of communication will be his downfall as I am not the only one this has happened to according to Facebook and Google reviews. He needs to learn how to better treat the customer or he will fail miserably. The contract he signed is a worthless piece of paper. It states that "Crystal Clear Pools & Spa will provide pool service 4 times a month (Once a week) at the customer's address." "Customer agrees to pay a monthly pool service fee in advance." I paid the invoice on 21 Aug. My next step will be to dispute the credit card charge for lack of service. There is no way I can recommend this business and would give it a zero if that was a choice.

We hired this company to begin in March 2024 for weekly cleaning and maintenance of our pool. They are very nice , but not dependable. He showed up for the first few times then I had to call him to see if he was going to come that week. In April, he showed ONE TIME and never showed again and never called. I work from home so I know this to be true. In May, I text him to find out what was going on and i was told he tried calling and came by the house and due to non payment for May, he stopped coming. He said unfortunately he did not text me. Due to scams, I don't have the option to leave a msg and texting is the only way you can communicate with me, or leave a note on my door if you come to the home. I checked my phone and had no texts from him, no missed calls and nothing left at my home. But certainly said he came to collect payment for May, but he didn't show up on our ring doorbell either. I text him and said he needed to call me. NO RESPONSE. I paid for the full month of April , so he owes me 3 cleanings from that month but expected payment for May. He didn't show to clean the pool but said he was here trying to collect pyt for another month. Seems he would want to make it right with us before requesting more money as that would be the most professional way to conduct a business. He also wanted us to purchase some chemical that would make his job easier, and then ask my husband to run our vacuum before he got there to clean the pool. Just seemed like he wanted us to do his job for him... then without any communication, stopped coming. Would not recommend this pool company.

I met Aaron at a car wash and notice his truck for pool services, he then proceeded to give me his free expertise. When I actually had to request a service call he was quick, knowledge, and professional. What meant the most to me was he explained what he was doing as he did it. I highly recommend Aaron and this company🫡💦
