Crystal Clean Pools

I have found my pool Closing & opening guys! I’m very happy with this Professional Team. They treated my Pool Equipment with respect & handled everything nicely & not ruff. They had all the right tools & equipment for the job. They are courteous, respectful & friendly people. Their prices are very good & fare. Highly Recommend this guys any day! A+ Service for sure!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This “company” is the least professional, punctual, knowledgeable, or helpful business I’ve ever met in my life. The first day they came to open my pool, they were supposed to arrive at 2 and they showed up at 4, they basically just took the cover off, drank a few beers (which I have pictures and videos of that I’ll be posting on social media so keep your eye out on Facebook groups) and left half an hour later. They told me they would be back mid day the next day to vacuum and finish cleaning. They didn’t show up until 7pm that day and they came, drank a couple beers, said they cleaned it but it was still green when they left (again, half an hour later). Day 3 rolls around and the same thing happened. When I called them out for their unprofessional behaviour, they started yelling at me, belittling me and saying it’s my fault. If I recall correctly, I hired them to fix this problem so how is it my fault? Anyways, they are absolutely horrible people and have absolutely no right doing what they did to their customers. I run my own business, I don’t have time for their lack of punctuality, drinking on the job and not finishing it. They are so unprofessional. Be careful with this “company”. I should have went with more reliability because my pool still isn’t open because of them.

Shawn built my above ground pool and serviced and cleaned it weekly. Very professional and quick. Always did a great job. Will be using them this summer very highly recommended Awesome pricing.
