We recently worked with Nelson to set up our account with Cryo Cell Blood Bank, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. He was extremely informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. His professionalism and helpfulness made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and stress-free. We truly appreciate his guidance and support—he made the entire setup process so easy.

Easy and comparatively affordable. Customer support was great the entire way. My only complaint would be that the representative told me the hospital staff was “very familiar” with the process but it turns out they were not and my husband and I had to do a lot of educating/research when I was actively being induced/in labor. Stressful.

The entire experience was positive. We dealt with professional & knowledgeable people who were also very caring and considerate regarding our need to store stem cells for a specific reason. The process was easy and seamless, which was helpful and much appreciated during a stressful time. Additionally the peace of mind that comes with storing our stem cells with a high quality bank is priceless.

I put this off until last minute....literally, and the Cryo-Cell team made magic happen. The kit arrived within hours, the instructions were easy to understand for the delivery staff, and a private currier picked up for immediate processing. Could not have asked for a better result with such short notice. Really appreciate what they do here.

Had both my kids stem-cells preserved by Cryocell The team has been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Guided us through the entire process and made it hassle free. Would definitely recommend. Also they have specials and discounts so don’t forget to ask:)

Had our baby in June 2023 and used Cryocell for tissue and blood banking. We chose Cryo-Cell because of the longstanding history of the company, reviews from customers, and studies listed on their webpage. The process of collecting was easy and they sent an email to confirm everything was received in their lab and processed. No issues thus far. Will update if we end up using or discarding the cells. Of note, most reviews that were negative for ANY of the cord banking companies was in regards to cancelling banking and being charged another month. If you read the contract, you must cancel before your subscription automatically renews which is date specific. Whichever company you choose, read the contract!

This was a great experience. Cryo-cell became our preferred choice over the period of time while we were deciding which way to go. Their staff was polite and patient, they helped us answer all our queries scientific as well as personal moral questions. Their registration process was smooth, and payment terms were reasonable. We were kept informed every step of the way. Highly recommend them for private cord blood banking.

It has been a great experience working with Cryocell. Juan was so helpful and full of information that made my decision to store much easier. He also worked with me and wasn't pushy even though my due date was very close. The deliver of the kit was made in two days! After my son was born the send off of the blood and tissue was so easy. Cryo-Cell really stands out in this industry. I used them for my first child and now as I am expecting my second, there was no doubt if I should use them again. Enrollment agent who helped me both times - Alex, was very professional even though, the second time he was helping me it was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend, and this was not an emergency and definitely could've been done on a week day during normal business hours. Thank you for an exceptional customer service and confidence that my child stem cells with be secured.

My wife and I used Cryo cell 12 years ago for the birth of our daughter. Since we had such a great experience we decided to bank again with them in 2011 for the birth of our new daughter. The customer service was amazing. Even though the price had gone up in 12 years, we were pleased to find out that we received a discount for banking gain. We would highly recommend cryo-cell to all expecting parents.
