What a JOKE!!!! We were going to use them until we found a better and less expensive company. I called them yesterday and they don't price match. That's fine I cancelled our account and the rep we had was nasty and thought she knew it all...wrong!!! Today I received an email notice that they had shipped the collection kits. (we are expecting Identical Twin Granddaughters) This is terrible business trying to force us into using them after we cancelled AND the girls are not expected until JUNE!!!! I called and they tried to pass it off as just an error. I urge you NEVER EVER to use them. Their business practices are TERRIBLE!!! Over priced and Sketchy to say the least!!!
