We had quite complicated problem with our standing faucet, which installed just a bit over a year ago. The faucet was installed pretty badly at the beginning by our 1st contractor, who we fired them. After that we had an experienced plumber reinstalled the faucet and it had been working great since then. Anyway, recently we had a construction in our house and for some reason the problem showed up at this standing faucet again. Our contractor had 2 licensed plumbers came over to fix the it, but for somehow they made it worse. The water pressure at the faucet was very low for the hot water and after the 2nd plumber from our contractor worked on it, it got worse. Both hot and cold water got very low pressure and the standing faucet was wobbling badly. I got to ask my contractor to stop sending his guys to fix the faucet, and then I called about 5 plumbing companies to check on it. As the faucet was initially installed badly on the tile that was cut too big as the photo, and now the tile was hardly hold the faucet, the 4 plumbers who came over had quite different solutions. One said that he needed to remove all the tile in that section in order to installed new valves and I would need to call the tile guy to redo the tiles later. Then, another Plumber honestly told me that he had no idea how to fix it, but he would ask the other plumbers in the company. Well… Pretty much hopeless, I google and found Crow’s plumbing service with an incredible reviews 4.9 stars from 2,066 reviews!!! I called the company and Karen, the lady on the phone, was polite, friendly, courtesy and understanding. She scheduled the technician to come over for the next day. The technician, Caleb, showed up on time. Although Caleb was pretty young, he was INCREDIBLE and Knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked on everything and he was the only plumber who double checked on water pressure and found out that our house had a water pressure issue with a proven. 3 years ago, we had an inspection during the buying process by Square House, but we got only the reported that said he couldn’t located the valve!, no mentioned about water pressure issue. At that time, I asked our buyer agent more than one time what it meant to unable to locate the valve, and our agent said it was just there and no problem about that at all. In fact, that wasn’t true. We needed the main water valve and PRV replaced since they were way too old and buried deeper and deeper over time until they were no longer usable. This costed us over $1,300 to replace both PRV and Main Valve that should have been reported and replaced since 3 years ago!Kar As well, Caleb found the way to fix our standing faucet without removing the whole tile section. He told us he could simply put bigger screws and the plates underneath, so it could help holding the standing faucet!! No any plumbers came to that solution. I am not over say, but Caleb from Crow’s is intelligent. Now, everything was fixed and Caleb said they would be good for at least 10 years. Additionally, Crow’s provides 2 year-warranty for their work!! So they really stand behind their jobs. Absolutely Recommended!! - Communication: Karen is Excellent. - Cost: Maybe just a little bit high, but with the 2-year warranty, it isn’t easy to find. - Very High Responsibility. Caring about our time and concerns. - Skilled and Professional. - Efficiency: Excellent. Caleb worked diligently even if he just recovered from his illness. He still looked so pale. We really want him back to be in great shape soon

Really good experience with Crow Plumbing Services. Fast response for a leak, and their communication was on point from start to finish, including clear updates on the techs arrival time. Josafat G. was excellent, he explained the work, walked me through the process, and gave helpful recommendations. Would definitely use them again !

had a clog scare in my bathroom and scheduling an appointment was a breeze! they call back almost immediately and keep you up to date. Josafat was super helpful and so communicative with me. i know little to none about plumbing and he helped me understand the process and gave me helpful advice for the future! such a great guy, appointment was super quick and easy. i’d highly recommend them and Josafat. thank you guys!!!!

Paul was excellent to work with. He took the time to clearly explain the scope of my main line issue and made sure I understood my options. The bid I received was very reasonable, and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Crows Plumbing has been great overall, especially with their communication. Highly recommend!

Crow’s Plumbing is outstanding. I had a serious leak—approximately 100 gallons per hour—in the pipe between the meter and my house. They responded immediately and provided a fair, transparent price. Paul, the plumber who completed the repair, spent most of the day excavating the damaged pipe, working through heavy roots and dense, clay-like soil. Despite the challenging conditions, he remained professional and persistent and completed the job correctly. I highly recommend Crow’s Plumbing for their responsiveness, workmanship, and professionalism.

We have used Crows in the past in 2021. We were cery satisfied with their service, so when we needed a repair, we called Crows. But the first technician assigned to the job, Juan, was very rude, unprofessional, didn't seem to know his work and misquoted the repairs to be done. But after calling them , and having a conversation with their Service Manager, Tim Gordon, things were set right. Tim Gordon is very knowledgeable and he explained in detail over the phone as to the possible problems. We were assigned Brock to do the job, the very same day. Brock was very courteous and respectful, knowledgeable, professional and completed the repair in a timely manner and, everything appears to be done well. If we have problems in the next few months, I will be sure to update. Having said that, I would definitely hire Crows Plumbing Service in the future if we have any plumbing problems. And I would request for Brock. Ideally, we would want Tim, but we understand tgat he is way too senior and probably has much bigger projects and budgets to oversee. :). As an aside, I do want to briefly mention Vicent, who was training under Brock. Very courteous and respectful indeed! Thank you.

Good service. Knowledgeable, Professional and courteous. Other supposedly knowledgeable and experienced plumbers said they could not perform the work (???). Crow came out and did the work, no problem obstacles or issues. And they did the work for what I consider a fair price. Crow is my plumbing service from here forward.

Water heater replacement and review of leak from toilet. Great work. They will be more than DIY, but done quickly and correct. Josafat was very helpful in understanding options, clear with recommendations and professional.

Brock was here within 2 hours of us discovering a leak. He was friendly and thorough. Even though it was not easy to find, it was quickly fixed. He kept us in the loop of what he was doing, with good explanations of everything. We're very happy!

Josafat and Crow’s were excellent. First, they follow up…we had a water softener installed last year and they followed up with us this year for our other needs like maintenance on water heater. We in fact needed a new one and the proposal was clear and the work performed quickly. Thank you!
