The front desk whom I am talking to is very rude and not doing her job! Jezzzz what a customer service

Place has bed bugs. Caught it and brought it to my house. They dont clean, thats why there's bed bugs and fleas in their mattresses. Planning on sueing. I told them about it and they were trying to come up with excuses that they send the bed sheets out to an independent cleaner. I told them they need to throw out the mattress. They just rushed me away and didn't want to hear it. They got mad in fact and raised their voice at me. They don't respect the community or the people who go there to rent out their rooms.
