I lost electricity on a Friday afternoon last month (November). Juan came and identified the problem; water had entered the electrical panel from the main on the roof. He showed me the damage on the meter and all over my main panel. Since I have electrical heat, Juan went back to his shop and found the exact model of my main and replaced mine so I could keep warm. Juan came back on Saturday and upgraded my panel which required moving my box four feet to make it compliant with current house codes. Juan took care of permits and arranged for the town inspector to come and certify my new system. Juan and his team were friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything inside and outside. Most importantly for me, Juan clearly showed me what he encountered at each step and explained his plans. I wholeheartedly recommend his services when you run into electrical issues.

Juan is great! Had a potentially hazardous electrical problem and Juan came out the very next day, on a SATURDAY morning. Showed up right on time, and stuck with his original quote even though he had to stay longer and do more work than expected. We couldn't be happier with the result. Would recommend him to anyone.

Juan came out and installed a new outlet and microwave, and swapped a couple exhaust fans. They have a modern appointment and payment management system and are very communicative. He did a great job at a fair price - definitely keeping the contact info on hand...
