Great service at Crown Glass! I need the windshield replaced because of a crack... Neill was friendly and explained everything clearly, including camera calibration and timing. He is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The team provided an Uber to Metrotown and even delivered my car back clean and fresh — plus a few thoughtful gifts :-). The staff that delivered my car was also very courteous and polite. Crown Auto Glass was able to have new glass for my ten year old car within three days at their shop while the other competitors were quoting me anywhere between 7 to 10 days to receive original glass. Exceptional work. Originally when I brought my car in, just needed the tint removed from my front two windows. Job was completed in about 45 minutes. I left after a fast inspection but when I got home I noticed some residue left behind as well as some adhesive. I messaged the manager and he had me come back the next day. They made sure all adhesive was gone and detailed my car!!!!! I highly recommend them. Customer service is in their bones. I will refer others here and highly recommend their services. Top notch!

Fantastic experience. Needed a windshield replacement due to large crack in it. Crown Glass ordered the replacement windshield and called me when it arrived. They were able to squeeze me in on the weekend. Even though there were vehicles ahead of me, they were able to replace my windshield within 3-4 hours. Pickup same day. I had a rock chip and crack on my car and called crown auto glass and within an hour they booked me in and worked on the glass, I couldn't be happier with results, glass is polished and looks as if it didn't happen. Ali was the technician that helped me.
