Totally awesome 💯 I'm visiting for work... drove to get my hair braided and needed accessories and hair supply. The owner is amazing. Immediate uplifting spirit. When I'm in the area again I'd definitely come here for my hair needs.

My go-to beauty supply store! Friendly and knowledgeable customer service, Convenient location, large assortment of quality hair care products, nice new layout… what more can I say? It’s my fave place for natural hair care choices. My daughter put me on to Crown 26 and we’ve been loyal, regular customers ever since;)

It's unfortunate, after reading the countless reviews, I was so excited to shop with this black owned business 1st thing this morning. I arrived maybe 15 mins after they opened, only to be greeted by a seated voice behind the counter with a very dry "hi". As I enter fully, I playfully ask "where are you" until I located the high ponytail. I continued to look around, attempting to locate a similar product to what I brought in store. Unfortunately there was no assistance provided. She continued with her personal call (caller on speakerphone) as I attempted to locate hair for 14 little girls and 5 adults. (Needed to make a fairly large purchase) there were no prices on any of the hair., so unfortunately I was required to interrupt her call to ask for cost. She asked for what and I stated for the wall of hair which I had been looking. She gave me a price range which was $2/pack hight than what was offered down the street at C&J beauty supply store. Initially I was okay with that, being that I'm all for supporting black own businesses, but after the customer service and the fact that she didn't even want to stand up or come from behind the desk to assist the only customer in store, I decided to pass. To make matter worse, they state they offer military discounts (I'm active duty) buy she said that's only if I send her boss my credentials via email. Strange,military ID is not sufficient enough.

Not only is the owner, professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful, she is energetics and definitely willing to help. She goes above and beyond to make sure that each client has what they need before they leave and whether it’s nails hair eyelashes, make up relaxers, permanent conditioner, or shampoo she has it all. I come in the store every week and make sure that I take to drive from Travis Air Force Base to her shop to buy my daughters hair bows and other hair care essentials. She has something for every Textra hair and believe me there’s something for everyone in her store. She gives great discounts all the time for the military members and non-military members she’s always looking out for the community and ever since I moved here to California she’s the only hair store that I go to!

I had been to several wig stores in Vallejo before finding this store on Google. The owner was extremely helpful. I am new to wearing wigs, due to a medical situation, and she really made me feel so comfortable. She helped me select a wig and it is the best one I have purchased by far! She even took the time to explain how I could graduate from headband wigs to lace front in the future when I am ready. Thank you so much and I will be back soon!

Highly recommend this family owned beauty store, the atmosphere is great. The store owner is knowledgeable about black hair care products. I stumble upon this place, simply because I was passing through the city Suisun. And I’m willing to drive another 40 miles for the great service. Shipping options are available.
