While this company did complete a service once, we cannot in good faith recommend them. Based on direct communication, they are currently declining all new service requests.
Despite multiple attempts over a two-month period, we received no actionable response — only vague acknowledgments that they were “too busy,” with no follow-through.
We were initially told we’d be placed on a waiting list if no other provider could be found. However, when we followed up, they reversed their position entirely. This lack of consistency and accountability makes the 1-star rating appropriate.
We are now actively seeking more dependable alternatives. Any company willing to step up will be considered for prominent placement in our Red River Gorge mobile app. This provider, regrettably, may not be part of that future.
