My service was a request via my American Home Shield home warranty for my microwave/convection oven, and Crossroads Supply was the service provider dispatched. Crossroads quickly responded to and resolved our issue, They were professional, excellent communicators and were punctual. Overall I was highly satisfied with their service and I would recommend as well as use them again.

Paul was great! He was able to expedite the part I needed for my frirdge in a couple of hours. No other company in the area stocked the part. I thank Paul for getting me up and running in a VERY timely manner. Will back for any other needs.

Paul really went above and beyond to help us order the correct part for our refrigerator. The part was small $ item but he wanted to double check and make sure he was ordering what we needed. He also found a way that we could get the part sooner by having it delivered to our home. Most businesses are in the "hurry mode" and don't take the extra time with their customers the way he did. We are so happy we called Crossroads Supply and will tell others that this is the best appliance parts supplier with great customer service. Thank you Paul for your help. Excellent service and they were able to fix several issues that I had. I won’t ever recommend anyone else to my friends and family. They had to come out a few times as my fridge has several things wrong with it and didn’t charge me extra. They did what it took to figure out what was really going on. They ordered parts and got it fixed. It’s Crossroads or nothing. Thanks guys!

Made a call to get our dryer looked at and Paul was able to squeeze us in the same afternoon. Turned out to be no big deal, but Paul took the time to explain what he was doing and checking and how we can help troubleshoot problems in the future. Very nice, easy to work with and will definitely reach out again when we need help with appliances!

Paul took my phone call close to closing time when I was in a panic about our dryer going out. He told me he would wait until after closing time for me to drive 20 minutes from home to pick up parts. The part he didn't have, he ordered right then to be at the store next day. Fantastic! His customer service is beyond what I could have expected from a company. I will use Crossroads Supply over any store, online or otherwise.
