I am so thankful that my friend recommended Crossroads Animal Hospital to me! A few weeks ago, my senior pup was a victim of a dog fight. I was traumatized from witnessing the fight, and even more traumatized to see my dog in so much pain. I was terrified to take her to the vet — scared of judgement, scared they wouldn’t be able to help her, scared of the vet bill. Crossroads quickly put my fears at rest. They treated me and my dog with compassion and top-notch care. Dr Lisa and Chloe were so kind when they first met me and my dog. They jumped into action cleaning my pups wounds and making a game plan for surgery including giving her drains and stitches. The cost was affordable given the procedure. Every interaction I had with the team was positive and the customer service was incredible. My pup healed quickly and it’s 100% back to her old self! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the wonderful team at Crossroads Animal Hospital! My family appreciates you!

This team is incredible! I’ve had some awful experiences with vets in the past but this team took time to make sure my nervous wreck of a dog trusted them and was comfortable before touching her. They explained each step of the process to me and listened to all my questions and concerns. They even texted to follow up a few days later to make sure my dog was doing all right. Never going with another vet again

Absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff. My husband and I truly believe they care deeply for both the animals and their people. We originally didn’t stay with them only because we found a vet closer to home, but after getting a second opinion on a serious issue with our puppy, the difference in care was undeniable. Best experience I’ve ever had at a vet clinic. I took my dog in for a paw injury today. The staff/doc were incredibly kind and gentle. They did great with her. Won her over immediately. They were upfront about costs of exam, tests, meds, etc. which were very affordable by the way. Overall we left very pleased and pup is on the mend. Total opposite of my last vet. We will definitely ne going back.

My beautiful cat Minette is a rescue from Navajo Land. From our first visit they made Minette confortable, and calm.She immediately trusted them and felt at ease. The entire staff is gentle and knowledgeable, I have since moved out of state and our experiences here are not up to Crossroads standards. We miss them! ❤️

In January (2024) I stopped at Crossroads Animal Hospital as a walk in to discuss concerns about my dog Murphy. Note that this was a second opinion that I didn’t feel comfortable with concerning a possible bowel obstruction. The women at the front desk had me bring Murphy in from my truck and Dr Allie would see him right away. Dr Allie examined him and did X-rays and told me right away that he did have to have surgery right away showing me the obstruction on the X-ray. Note: The X-rays taken by Dr Allie were quality X-rays that demonstrated the obstruction quite well, which the “other veterinarian” images did not do. I used to be an X-ray technician years ago so my attention to this is based on experience. Anyways, being it was close to closing time and her surgical team had gone home for the day she quickly contacted Royal Vista animal hospital for emergency surgery. Dr Allie and the Crossroads Animal Hospital saved Murphy’s life or at least saved him from having severe bowel damage. All future doggie Dr visits will be at Crossroads Animal hospital where you can trust your pets life is in good hands. Murphy is a miniature Berne Doodle

I love the WHOLE team at CRAH! The doctors are so helpful, take their time and diagnose each problem I bring them in a way that supports the overall health of my pet, not just the symptoms. The team is empathetic and truly practice Fear Free medicine which is SO important to me and my anxious dogs. I could go on and on about how much I appreciate this practice.

Went above and beyond trying to locate and gather my pets records to prepare for his first visit. The vet was honest and helpful. I will definitely be returning with my pets.

Cannot recommend this vet enough! Whole staff from desk team, to vet techs, to docs are all so kind and great to work with. Pricing is very good for the area as well. I saved over 250 dollars getting my pup’s dental work done compared to my old vet and his smile is amazing! They have been incredibly compassionate and kind to my shy aussie as well. This will absolutely be my go to vet as long as I am in northern Colorado.

This vet office is fantastic. The staff is very friendly. They treat our dog like their own and do a great job of taking care of him. Me and my wife highly recommend this place if you want to bring your pet to be taking care of the right way.
