Crossburn Holiday Park - Peebles

We purchased our very first holiday home in July this year and we can honestly say it’s one of the best things we have ever done! We love everything about Crossburn Holiday Park. We bought our brand new home from the owner, George who was great to deal with. Everything was so straightforward. The wardens, Claire and Rich are super! They are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have both expertly guided us through the first months of holiday home ownership to ensure that we are totally satisfied with our purchase. It is always a real pleasure meeting and dealing with them. The park itself is beautiful and is kept in pristine condition. There is such a lovely ambience of peace and tranquility for owners and guests to enjoy. With Peebles town centre being a 10 minute stroll and a bus stop across from the entrance, all the many attractions the area has to offer are easily accessible from the holiday park. We are extremely happy owners!

The Caravan Estática Park is exceptionally clean and well maintained, with clear rules and a quiet, noise-free neighborhood. It’s the perfect place to relax. I recommend it 100% to anyone. Located in a charming city with a pleasant climate, it made my experience even more special.

Was really impressed with the quality of the lodge , with how well the grounds were maintained, and with the helpfulness of the staff (Claire, Rich and George). We were made to feel welcome and kept fully informed as we went through the purchase process, and then given whatever support we needed as we moved in .The location is excellent: lovely views from the site and only 15 minutes walk from the delightful town of Peebles.

We have recently bought our caravan at Crossburn. Lovely relaxing place and everyone on site are very pleasant. Great having pebbles high street 10 minutes walk away. Great places to walk the dogs. Glad we picked Crossburn for our get away home. Claire and Rich are really great with advice and help as we are first time owners.

This is a lovely park, it is very well maintained. You are close to the high street of Peebles which has everything you could ask of a location. The park itself is lovely and peaceful,. The service from the park management team is excellent, big thanks to Claire and Rich. We viewed our caravan on the Saturday and less than a week later we had our keys..

Bought our lovely caravan in June last year wanted a nice quieter park so that’s why we chose Crossburn. It’s a lovely well kept park. Peebles is a lovely town within walking distance with lots of lovely shops/cafes/restaurants. We always get well looked after by the lovely Claire&Rich who live on site at the park they helped us get our caravan winter ready this year as we are still learning. Also George who owns the park made everything so easy for us while picking and buying our van. Looking forward to this season and hoping for lots of sunny days at out beautiful caravan. ☀️ Patrice&Ian.

Beautiful park, it is well run and well maintained. It sits in a beautiful location and is close to downtown Peebles. If in the market for a holiday home, this might just be the place for you. You will not be greeted by a more lovely lady. Her name is Claire, and she will make you feel right at home. Also, the grounds are spectacularly kept by master groundsman Rich.

We love our static caravan at Crossburn it’s our Happy Place😊 the site is well kept no matter what time of year. Claire and Richard do a sterling job keeping us updated and taking care of the daily running of the site. Location for us is key Peebles has everything from supermarkets to individual shops including our guilty pleasure Cocoa Black and great places to eat and walk.

As new owners of Crossburn Holiday Park, we were delighted with the entire experience, from the initial viewing to the final purchase. Rich and Claire are always on hand to offer help and advice. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from busy city life or just a break away, then this is the site for you. Peebles is a lovely town with lots of amenities on your doorstep. We would highly recommend this site and look forward to many happy years here.
