We purchased our very first holiday home in July this year and we can honestly say it’s one of the best things we have ever done!
We love everything about Crossburn Holiday Park. We bought our brand new home from the owner, George who was great to deal with. Everything was so straightforward.
The wardens, Claire and Rich are super! They are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have both expertly guided us through the first months of holiday home ownership to ensure that we are totally satisfied with our purchase. It is always a real pleasure meeting and dealing with them.
The park itself is beautiful and is kept in pristine condition. There is such a lovely ambience of peace and tranquility for owners and guests to enjoy. With Peebles town centre being a 10 minute stroll and a bus stop across from the entrance, all the many attractions the area has to offer are easily accessible from the holiday park.
We are extremely happy owners!

The Caravan Estática Park is exceptionally clean and well maintained, with clear rules and a quiet, noise-free neighborhood. It’s the perfect place to relax. I recommend it 100% to anyone. Located in a charming city with a pleasant climate, it made my experience even more special.
