Mike and Cross Plumbing took care of our needs in a quick and efficient manner. We called on a weekend in the early afternoon regarding a potential fix and Mike and his team communicated on parts what options would work best for our business. They are very knowledgeable in their field and made sure we were up and running before the end of the business day. They solve issues easily when it comes to the plumbing of our older building that has numerous older fixtures. Thank you Cross Plumbing!

My family has been using Mike and Cross Plumbing for around 8 years. They are always great! They are so prompt to reply to calls and texts and can usually come out for an issue either the same day or the next day. They’re honest, fair, and have always been able to fix whatever problems we have. We use them for two houses so I call them probably twice a year. Mike is great and so is Eric! I can’t recommend them enough.

We found ourselves with a leaking water heater this past Saturday morning. Our regular plumber was booked out several days. I found Cross Plumbing listed on our local Nextdoor app. He had great reviews so I gave them a call. From the beginning Mike was very honest and communication was wonderful. His tech Arnold showed up along with Mike and a few hours later we had hot water again! It was so nice to have something go right!

Was extremely impressed with the entire experience l. From the moment they came , the communication was clear and professional. the plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issues (a broke water heater) and replaced it within an hour they are amazing highly recommend !!

Many plumbers I contacted quoted high prices and seemed to be trying to take advantage of the situation. However, Mike from the service came out to assess the installation and offered a fair and reasonable fee. I was very satisfied with the quality of service provided. I called Cross Plumbing in the morning regarding a broken pipe in my backyard. My early afternoon Alfredo was at my house fixing the pipe. He kept me updated on the progress and let me know if he was going to leave. By late afternoon, pipe was fixed and everything was cleaned up. Later that evening Mike the owner called me and asked how everything went and if I had any questions.
