Crosby Family Dental

Crosby Family Dental is the best dentists office I've ever been to. The staff Brina, Sarah, and Haylin are wonderful! They are friendly yet professional and always make me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Shah is wonderful as well. He makes sure I understand exactly what he's doing and goes out of his way to insure there is no pain. I highly recommend this dental office!

Dr Shah did a fantastic job listening to our concerns. So refreshing to experience this as we had a difficult time elsewhere. Brina seemed to really listen and explain so well. She did such a great job with my daughter and I so appreciate that. Sarah explained the finances and insurance so well and made it less confusing. I have never had this experience anywhere. Thank you for their entire team!! My only critique is the answering service. Super not helpful. But once I arrived- it was awesome!!

I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience at Crosby Family Dental. I was very blessed to be in the care of Dr. Shah, Brina, Jenna. My first time of going to Crosby Family Dental, Sarah was very helpful in getting me checked in. She was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions. Now to the big day of the procedure, Brina and Jenna were absolutely comforting and amazing. I felt so comforted knowing that these two ladies knowing the Lord Jesus Christ that God used them for exactly what I needed. Brina put Christian music on and she was so sweet, during the procedure , she was singing , I loved it. Jenna held my hand and kept telling me I was doing good. The comfort and the joy it brought to my heart, which made this procedure remarkable and peaceful. Dr. Shah was beyond remarkable. He is very kind, compassionate and caring. I could write a book on my experience, but I believe that what I am writing, the readers will feel what I am saying that is in my heart. I'd like to recognize Haylin. She did good at checking me in and checking me out. Thank you everyone for your kindness and love that I felt.

This was my son’s first dentist appointment and I have to say from filling out paper work online before the appointment to walking to the back with Ms. Alondra who made my little 7 year old feel like a king with explaining everything and the processes. To the hygienist that cleaned his teeth and made sure he was comfortable! And the. The Dr. Morsi who was extremely informative with procedures moving forward! I would highly recommend this office to anyone just from the hospitality we’ve received! Thank you Crosby Family Dental for letter this experience be a smooth and pleasant one!

I don’t even have the right words to express my gratitude to this dental office. I’ve been dealing with anxiety and going for a root canal was my worst nightmare! However, Sarah at the financing desk was pleasant and helped to make sure that I was able to afford the dental work, Dr Shah was so kind, gentle, informative, assuring and I didn’t not feel ANY PAIN! Last but not least Brina!!! Mrs Brina knew and understood anxiety. She comforted me often, assured me often, massaged my face and was my therapy through the ENTIRE procedure. I appreciate her going above and beyond and she didn’t have to. I can’t thank the Crosby Family Dental team enough for what they did for me. God Bless them all. I am super grateful!❤️

I had phase one of my dental implant on New year's Eve. I was a little scared because I thought that the procedure was going to be painful. I did not want to begin the year in pain, but Dr. Nisarg Shah and his assistant were great. They made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. My recovery has been great. I had little to no pain and my gums are healing well. I Love the friendliness of this office every time I visit. I would recommend it 100%

Check In- Really fast, no sitting and waiting for a long period of time Staff- Cannot say enough about how great they all were. Friendly, and very informative. Dr. Shah- He's awesome! He went over my procedure step by step (extraction and an implant)and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. This was a great experience which I have not had with my prior dental experiences. I highly recommend Crosby Family Dental and will continue to use them.

I love the staff there very friendly lively place wish Dr. Rossi Brina Sarah were my team I'd be more comfortable. My kid loves it here

Dr. Shah and Brina were amazing. She was so wonderful and made me feel so at ease the whole time. Ill definitely keep going back. The staff is amazing as well. Everybody is so friendly. Definitely recommend them.

The staff was very welcoming for my first appointment. Maddison was very cautious of asking me how I was feeling during my cleaning process. She also gave really great recommendations! Along with Sasha she made the check out process feasible and smoothly for the upcoming treatment plan.
