Check In- Really fast, no sitting and waiting for a long period of time Staff- Cannot say enough about how great they all were. Friendly, and very informative. Dr. Shah- He's awesome! He went over my procedure step by step (extraction and an implant)and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. This was a great experience which I have not had with my prior dental experiences. I highly recommend Crosby Family Dental and will continue to use them.

The staff was very welcoming for my first appointment. Maddison was very cautious of asking me how I was feeling during my cleaning process. She also gave really great recommendations! Along with Sasha she made the check out process feasible and smoothly for the upcoming treatment plan.

They have always been GREAT with my daughter.. Lord knows my daughter isn't easy to deal with at the dentist but they get it done like rockstars. Very grateful for them. They will forever be our go too.

Went in yesterday for a filling for my daughter. We had Dr. Shah do the filling and he was super nice and very knowledgeable with his job. He answered all our questions. As the dental assistant, we had Ms. Brina and she was just amazing. She made my daughter feel super comfortable and she was able to tell us exactly what was going to happen and assure us that everything was being taken care of. She also set us up for an appointment with another part of the dental office and gave us all the information we needed just in case something didnt heal correctly. Overall, we have been going to this dentist since my daughter was little and I wouldnt trust anyone else with her care. They have always treated us with respect and saw to our needs. I fully recommend this place to any of have kids or teens that need care.

Dr. Shah and Brina were amazing. She was so wonderful and made me feel so at ease the whole time. Ill definitely keep going back. The staff is amazing as well. Everybody is so friendly. Definitely recommend them.

This was my first visit and everyone was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my oral wellbeing. One person came and explained everything about my treatment plan, what insurance did and didn’t cover, what my options were, and how they would work with me. The exam was thorough and explained to me as well. I really liked the dentist too. This is definitely my new dental team!

Terrible. Told me they could straighten my teeth with Invisalign, no problem. 5 years later my teeth aren't straight and they want more money to continue the process. Ortho kept asking me if I was happy with the process and if they were "good enough". What? Good enough? They need to be perfectly straight. You're the ortho, you're suppose to be telling me when they're straight. And they are visibly not straight. Not to mention i had less than 50% of a bite. Just ridiculous. Other ortho I've seen said it was shocking to him that they wouldn't make it right. But was probably better that I went else where due to the guy sounding incompetent. I would go elsewhere if I was you.

I had a molar extracted here after breaking it and I had such a good experience. It was night and day from a procedure I’d had done in the past at another dentist many many years ago and I’m so happy I came to Dr. Shah. Thank you for being kind and understanding. Also, the hygienist Shawna who did my cleaning last week gave me such good tips on flossing and brushing to help with food that builds up behind a wonky angled tooth.

Great experience haven't been to the dentist in years. I had a lot of anxiety before I experience the dental office by the second visit .I felt very comfortable around the office and employees .They wear very warm and friendly. Glad I choose Crosby Family Dental. With my major dental repair and surgery.

Best extraction experience I've ever had! The Crosby office has the latest technology for x-rays & mapping teeth. Thank you to Dr. Shah, Brina, Hannah and Sasha for making my dental procedure comfortable!
