Ian and Michael were amazing. I had just bought a home and needed everything updated. Every outlet, switch, light, panel etc. i got 3 different quotes from reputable electricians in our area and Ian beat all of their pricing. We can’t thank Ian of (Crosby Electric Inc) enough for his prompt response to an emergency situation of a repair & replacement of our outside electrical panel. Not only did Ian come right away to inspect and assess the damage, (on a weekend in 100% weather) he set us up with a generator to keep us comfortable while the repair was being done. That to us went over and above what was required of Crosby electric. His professionalism and the installation was (Perfectly done) as “PECO” stated. Ian & his helper Mike from Crosby Electric in Southampton, Pa installed 40ft of #8 gauge wire, & updated double pole breaker to 40amp, installed a 240 outlet & cord to my new electric range & they did it as promised, all in 1 hr! From the first phone call to the finished installation(s), I couldn't have been more pleased. Ian Crosby was a pleasure to deal with, a real professional that takes pride in his work. He was quick to provide an estimate for the installation of a new 50 amp line for a car charger and a new line for an induction cooktop. The work was done efficiently, cleanup was excellent. I needed to upgrade my service to a 200 amp service. We called Ian and he came out the next day and looked over everything also gave me an estimate that day. He explained everything he was going to do and gave me a good price. Him and his partner did a great job it was neat and they cleaned up everything when they were done.
